Job description

Junior and mid-level land surveyors are wanted for growing full-service site design

company located 10 minutes outside of Boston. Ideal candidates have their LSIT and/or

have strong field experience. We have three (3) openings – one for a junior level field

surveyor (2-3 years of experience); one for mid-level surveyor having strong field

experience, proven abilities to perform deed research, and be able to set field crews up;

and the third position is for a licensed land surveyor having 10+ years of experience.

Candidates having a BS degree is helpful but not required. Strong AutoCAD skills are

required for the mid-level position. Depending on the candidate, the mid-level position

could be entirely office or a combination of office and field work.


The work we do is very diverse ranging from roads, parking, utilities, site design and

layout to athletic facilities, parks, playgrounds, and sophisticated college/university

projects. We also work extensively in residential, retail, and office/commercial site

design. Our company works throughout New England and the world on a wide variety of

interesting and fulfilling projects. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $175,000 annually and

is commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive employee

benefits package as well.
