Position:

The Assistant Front Office Manager is a service-driven leader who strives to make a meaningful impact on the guest experience. This role supports front desk operations by upholding the brand standards and values of Paws Up Montana. The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for collaborating effectively across departments and ensuring seamless, memorable experiences within a luxury hospitality environment.

The Primary Functions are:

· Consistently uphold the core values and standards of Paws Up Montana, ensuring every interaction reflects the authenticity, warmth, and refined professionalism of Montana hospitality.

· Train, mentor, and guide staff to maintain adherence to brand and service standards.

· Oversee efficient arrival and departure processes, including coordination of special guest requests.

· Provide accurate, clear, and timely information regarding resort services, facilities, and policies.

· Anticipate guest needs and acknowledge individual preferences to deliver personalized experiences.

· Communicate clearly and professionally with other departments and team members.

· Maintain and monitor daily arrivals and departures board and audit guest waivers for completeness and accuracy.

· Handle complaints, with discretion, empathy, and prompt resolution.

· Respond through multiple communication channels while ensuring clarity and professionalism.

· Demonstrate urgency, efficiency, and composure under pressure.

· Maintain an organized, clean, and functional workspace.

· Accurately manage cashiering and billing procedures.

· Complete daily departmental checklists and routine operational duties.

· Serve as Manager on Duty as assigned by Front Office leadership.

· Support Front Desk operations and team functions as directed by Paws Up management.


Supportive Functions and Responsibilities:

· Display Paws Up Montana values and standards.

· Always demonstrate professionalism and hospitality to guests and team members.

· Handle guest transactions legally, ethically, and confidentially.

· Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster and promote a positive working environment.

· Always maintain a clean and neat appearance.

· Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner.


Looking for Team Members with:

· Proven leadership experience in a luxury hospitality or related service environment.

· Knowledge of world class hospitality and service management.

· Current driver’s license with two years driving experience.

· Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, tourism, business administration, or a related field preferred.

· Ability to work flexible hours and open availability.
