This is a hybrid role based inRaleigh, NCwith the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

The IT Systems Administrator role ensures minimal downtime and fast resolution for Litera's workforce, directly supporting the SLA-driven helpdesk. It aligns with the employees journey, from the onboarding experience through to fully-productive skillset for all employees. The role will be the front line for all global IT Support and will be the key enabler of consistent service across all regions and therefore is a key part of the IT team.

What You'll Deliver

  • Provide support to end users on various services and tools as they relate to their day-to-day work.

  • Tier 1 and Tier 2 service-related responsibilities

  • Monitorand managethe ticketing systemfor the global teams

  • New user setup of hardware, software, operating systems, account management and setting up corporate environments

  • Support of Microsoft 0365 multi-tenant environment

  • Provide remote support to users(globally, remote users and offices)

  • Asset management of inventory and all IT related equipment

  • Assist with the rollout of new IT solutions

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years' experience supporting WindowsandMAC OS, Active Directory,Microsoft Office 365, Intune, Microsoft Teams.

  • Good customer service/support skills and an understanding of what it takes to provide good technical support to both local and remote users

  • Ability to calmly and rationally assess competing priorities while under pressure from end-users

  • Ability to quickly acquire an understanding of a technical issue and identify practical resolution options, weighing each option's upsides and downsides

  • Previous experience with problem solving in a troubleshooting environment

  • Understanding of Windows 10,Mac OS, WindowsVMs, Office 365, Azure and VMware.

  • Bachelor's Degree with Computer Science or related fields
