What It's All About:

Quadratec is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized Inventory Planner to support our growing Private Label business. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is eager to learn inventory management, purchasing, product development, and supply chain operations within the automotive aftermarket industry.
 
 In this role, you will be responsible for helping maintain optimal inventory levels across our Private Label product portfolio while also serving as a key administrative and project support resource to the Private Label Purchasing Manager. You will gain exposure to forecasting, purchasing, vendor management, product launches, and cross-functional business operations.
 
 How you ask?

  • Monitor inventory levels and identify stock shortages, overstocks, and replenishment needs. 
  • Assist with demand forecasting and inventory planning activities.
  • Create and maintain inventory reports, dashboards, and purchasing spreadsheets.
  • Analyze sales trends, inventory performance, and product lifecycle data.
  • Track inbound purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Assist in preparing and issuing purchase orders.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
  • Serve as the primary administrative support resource for the Private Label Purchasing Manager.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and business summaries.
     Coordinate calendars, project timelines, and special projects.

What You’ll Need

Not everyone can be an Inventory Planner & Purchasing Coordinator. To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following in regard to:

  • Experience: 0–3 years of professional experience preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong Excel and analytical skills, as well as excellent organizational and communication abilities.
