A local manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to support maintenance operations in Baltimore, Maryland within the food and food processing industry. The ideal candidate with have previous experience planning, scheduling, forecasting, and coordinating activities that help ensure efficient day-to-day operations and workflow management.


  • Coordinate and maintain ongoing schedules and workflows to support daily operations.
  • Support preventative maintenance activities to help ensure equipment and systems remain operational.
  • Review and assess maintenance needs to determine resource and staffing requirements.
  • Manage the ordering and availability of materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain adequate stock to support operational needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and update information within internal tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Track maintenance activities and identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.


  • Experience supporting operations, maintenance, or technical environments.
  • Background coordinating schedules, projects, workflows, or related activities.
