Job Summary
The Freezer Manager supports the management of frozen and dairy inventory by ensuring product quality, proper storage conditions, and accurate inventory handling. This role focuses on maintaining compliance with company standards and supporting efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily freezer operations to ensure product availability and organization
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper storage, rotation, and replenishment
  • Ensure all products are stored and handled in accordance with company and food safety standards
  • Monitor product condition and remove any unsellable or damaged items
  • Support and guide staff in maintaining proper freezer organization and procedures
  • Assist with merchandising and product placement within freezer areas
  • Support receiving processes by verifying incoming frozen and dairy product for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance within freezer and dairy storage areas

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or inventory operations
  • Basic understanding of inventory control and product handling
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
