5349 W 76th St, Indianapolis, IN 46268
WORK HOURS:
Monday - Friday; 9:30pm - 6:00am
  • Mandatory overtime, which may include some Saturdays and Sundays.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
As a member of the Production/Warehouse team, the Forklift Driver plays a critical role making sure all inventory is accounted for and placed in the most efficient locations for optimizing our distribution flow. You'll make sure products are physically and systematically in best location. This role is key to an efficient and effective operation by ensuring inventory is accurately managed.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Accurately put away, count, or replenish products per operational and automated system direction
  • Follow Standard Work Instruction properly to mitigate loss
  • Partner with or assist Inventory Control to resolve inventory and order issues
  • Continue to improve processes ensure accurate and timely delivery of product
  • Operate power equipment in a safe and proficient manner
  • Assist in slotting changes to optimize picking efficiency and space utilization
  • Occasionally assist Facilities with movement of boxes

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Great attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
  • SAP Experience is a bonus
  • Prior lift experience is a bonus
  • Prior RF Scanner experience is a bonus
  • Prior inventory control experience is a bonus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time (8-10 hours per shift), including standing on moving equipment to perform job functions. Must be able to work at heights of 3-4 levels up while picking boxes from locations. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis, including reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-40 lbs. on a regular basis. Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
