Job description

Inventory/Warehouse Clerk 
* Front half schedule: (Sun-Wed) 5-3:30pm ) If there is Overtime - it will be on Thursday

HOURS:  The first 2-3 weeks of training will take place Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. 
Following the training period, the role will transition to a 4x10 schedule,

Overall Purpose of the Job 
Responsible for picking Manufacturing and Sales Orders while ensuring the accuracy and control of all inventoried items purchased. The position also assists with cycle counts and the evaluation of inventory discrepancies. 

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts. Assist with the inspection of incoming receipts to verify accuracy and compliance with company specifications. Support the cycle count process and help review purchase receipts for accuracy. Assist with inventory transactions between locations and verify lot and batch accuracy upon receipt. Update and maintain error logs and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Knowledge:
* Proven experience working as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar inventory control role.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. 
* Proficiency with inventory management software and the Microsoft Office Suite. 
* Experience using handheld inventory control devices/scanners and familiarity with inventory transactions including receiving, transferring inventory, and pulling orders. 
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required.
