Turabify Co. is offering an Administrative Assistant Internship designed for individuals eager to gain practical experience in office administration within a dynamic and supportive environment. Interns will support various departments by managing correspondence, organizing documents, scheduling appointments, and performing other administrative tasks as needed. Responsibilities
  • Assist with managing incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Organize and maintain company files and records, both digital and physical.
  • Support scheduling and calendar management for staff meetings and appointments.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Assist with data entry and database management.
  • Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory as needed.

Requirements
