We pride ourselves on meticulous craftsmanship and exceptional client service. Florida Hot Tub & Sauna Center is South Florida’s premier designer and installer of luxury wellness spaces. We build custom saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, and cold‑plunge systems for high-profile residential and commercial clients.
Position Summary:
The Assistant Project Manager (APM) supports the Project Manager by coordinating scheduling, documentation, and job-site readiness. This role ensures smooth communication between the field and office, verifies customer preparation for installation, and assists with final punch lists to ensure complete client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
Coordination & Field Readiness:
  • Assist with project scheduling and readiness checks.
  • Conduct field visits to verify that plumbing, electrical, raceways, vent passages, and measurements by others are completed prior to installation.
  • Communicate with clients and contractors to confirm readiness.
  • Participate in final punch-list walkthroughs with the PM and assist in resolving issues.
Documentation & Reporting:
  • Upload personal job-site photos, notes, and reports directly into Service Fusion; responsible for personal documentation only (field-tech reporting is handled by Service Coordinator).
  • Track materials and deliveries; report discrepancies promptly.
  • Submit daily Slack reports summarizing site status, material needs, and next-day goals.
Quality & Safety:
  • Verify site cleanliness and safety prior to install and upon completion.
  • Support PM in enforcing OSHA and company safety policies.
  •  Maintain OSHA 10 certification.
Communication:
  • Maintain open communication with PM, Warehouse, and Service teams.
  • Return all calls the same day and maintain professional correspondence.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years’ construction experience, preferably in specialty trades.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Service Fusion and Microsoft Excel.
  • OSHA 10 certification required.
  • English required; Spanish a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Hourly Rate: $30–$38/hour, depending on experience.
