The Role

At Vivmark Residential, we develop, build, and operate communities that people are proud to call home. We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Construction team and support the delivery of multifamily residential projects from preconstruction through completion.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in construction project management. You'll work alongside experienced project leaders, gain exposure to every phase of the development process, and play an important role in keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and moving forward.

What You'll Do
  • Support the planning and execution of multifamily construction projects.
  • Review construction plans, drawings, and project documentation.
  • Assist with bid packages, buyout schedules, subcontractor procurement, and contract administration.
  • Help manage permitting, approvals, and other preconstruction activities.
  • Track project schedules, budgets, commitments, and overall project progress.
  • Partner with field teams to monitor construction activities and support successful project delivery.
  • Assist with project reporting, forecasting, and cost control analysis.
  • Support budget development and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and local agencies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Early-career construction experience through internships, project engineering, assistant project management, or related roles.
  • Understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project management software.
