  • Support project managers and IT leads in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, status reports, and meeting documentation.
  • Track project tasks, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies to help ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to collect updates on ongoing activities, testing progress, system changes, and support requirements.
  • Help prepare and maintain project documentation, including action logs, technical coordination notes, project charters, and progress reports.
  • Participate in project meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on assigned action items.
  • Assist in coordinating user testing, system rollout activities, training schedules, and post-implementation follow-up.
  • Support communication between IT teams and business users to ensure requirements, updates, and timelines are clearly understood.
  • Contribute to reporting dashboards and presentations related to IT project performance and status.
  • Help identify opportunities for process improvement, workflow optimization, and better project tracking, including the potential use of AI-based tools for reporting, forecasting, automation, and knowledge management.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for technology initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in IT project management, technology operations, systems implementation, or digital transformation.
  • Good organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Basic understanding of IT environments, software development, infrastructure, or system support processes is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with project tracking or collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow and Power Platform tools are plus.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Desired Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of project lifecycle, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Understanding of IT concepts such as software deployment, testing, change management, cloud systems, infrastructure, help desk operations, or cybersecurity projects.
  • Ability to organize multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Problem-solving mindset with an interest in operational efficiency and technology delivery.
  • Professional attitude, adaptability, and teamwork.

Desired Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure devices and equipment
  • Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and handle multiple detail-oriented tasks
  • Highly analytical mind with exceptional attention to detail
