Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Data Analytics Specialist to join our team on a short-term contract. This role involves both technical expertise and strategic communication skills to interpret and present data in meaningful ways to internal stakeholders and external partners. The ideal candidate will not only be proficient with data tools but also proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and overall efficiency. The position also supports marketing efforts, including promotional campaign analysis and CRM reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary resource for enhancing and utilizing in-house analytics tools to generate customized reports.

  • Conduct research and support special projects and departmental reporting needs.

  • Assist in the development and presentation of customer-facing reports and insights.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders.

  • Apply both qualitative and quantitative analysis to extract key insights and craft compelling narratives from data.

  • Participate in or lead special projects as assigned.

  • Support the marketing team with the management and analysis of promotional email campaigns.
