Sanders Beach Rentals is a luxury property management company with over 20 years in business on beautiful 30-A (Santa Rosa Beach, FL). We are a company that believes good work matters and that good work is found in the details. Our FL office is currently seeking a full time Housekeeping Inspector to add to our growing team.


The primary responsibility of the Inspector is to thoroughly inspect assigned homes after each cleaning. The Inspector ensures that company standards of cleanliness are achieved and maintained on a consistent basis. This position embraces and maintains quality control programs and procedures to maximize the efficient and economical operations of our inspection services. All duties and responsibilities of this position are to be performed with exceptional caring and excellent guest service while upholding the gold star standard set by Sanders Beach Rentals. The Housekeeping Inspector reports to the Director of Housekeeping and works closely with other departments to ensure all housekeeping needs are met.


What You Will Do:
  • Inspect properties ensuring that they meet company standards
  • Identify, correct and report anything not meeting company standards (including safety & maintenance standards)
  • Assist housekeepers with cleaning of property to ensure company standards
  • Perform full/partial cleans on properties if needed
  • Assist linen attendants to ensure linens meet company standards
  • Ensure high level of customer service. Build relationships with employees, guests and homeowners
  • Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work environment 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Keys to Success: 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • 1 yr experience working in housekeeping for short term rentals (preferred)
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License
  • Ability to work flexible hours and required weekend work
  • Must be able to climb stairs both inside and outside frequently lift up to 40 lbs
