Job description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of assigned accounts. This role interacts directly with our customers. It is truly important to always have a happy and helpful attitude. Continuously drive service excellence throughout the organization. Inform the leadership team of all challenges and changes. Must have the ability to keep up with a fast-paced work volume daily. Exercise sound judgment in handling customer calls, complaints, and issues. Ability to engage using teamwork/collaboration, motivation, and development to lead 100% customer satisfaction. Skills assessment tests will be given during the hiring process.

Job Responsibilities

▪ Become an expert on Corbett Exterminating's services, pricing, and proposals.

▪ Always work as a positive team member.

▪ Be flexible when needed to assist a fellow team member.

▪ Cross Train on various accounts.

▪ Maintain efficient notes on all customer calls.

▪ Respond to customers in a timely fashion.

▪ Always remember to provide satisfactory responses to customer inquiries and problems.

▪ Investigate successful treatment plans for repeated customer problems by reviewing problem accounts with field managers.

▪ Regularly research and follow-up on customer services, especially but not limited to, unidentified insect service calls, repeat service calls relating to any pest, general problem accounts, etc.

▪ All follow-up calls must occur before the end of the business day. ▪ Inquire why customers are canceling and attempt to save the relationship.

Experience

▪ A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a high-level customer service, administrative or office assistant role.
