The Patient Support Assistant-Infusion Center primary responsibilities are to support the UPH-Meriter and UW Health infusion and pharmacy teams in performing clinical activities by assimilating clinical data and performing routine clerical functions associated with these activities. This position will also support the UPH-Meriter Infusion Center with administrate duties to coordinate care between UPH- Meriter hospital and clinics, partner organizations such as UW Health, and all outside referring providers.

Once fully trained this position will work 2-4 days/week at home. Remote days will be rotating with other office staff.
