Job description

Job Overview & Responsibilities

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is a physical therapist and athletic trainer owned private practice. With points of service across the country, we work in partnership with our athletes and are committed to keeping them in motion throughout all phases of injury and healing. That dedication creates authentic connections with schools and communities and makes PT Solutions the best place to redefine sports medicine. Our athletic trainers strive to serve their athletes using research-driven methods and treatments. As an Industrial Athletic Trainer, you will provide care to industrial athletes in a collaborative manner with PT and OT colleagues. Responsibilities will include leading work conditioning activities, performing pre-employment agility assessments, delivering orthopedic rehabilitation to industrial athletes and be a key member of the case management team.

Your Responsibilities as an Athletic Trainer
  • Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs
  • Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
  • Build and maintain relationships throughout the community
  • Orthopedic assessments and documentation
  • Counseling on concussions, nutrition, mental health, etc.
  • Coordinated stakeholder communication, e.g., MD, PT, PSC, etc.
  • Field and venue setup

Qualifications & Pay Range
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in athletic training
  • State licensure and certified by the American Board of Certification
  • Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation & Bonus Structure
  • Base Salary: $55,000 - $67,000 / year (based on experience and market factors)
