The Opportunity
As an Oracle CPQ - Senior Manager, you will guide organizations in leveraging Oracle solutions to transform their business models and achieve digital success. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will help clients transition from resource-intensive operations to subscription-based models, enhancing their sales, marketing, finance, and operations. As a Senior Manager, you will lead complex projects, applying your strategic vision and technical skills to deliver impactful results. You will foster an environment where people and technology collaborate effectively, navigating the intricacies of diverse teams and engagements.

Responsibilities
- Leading Oracle CPQ initiatives to drive digital transformation and subscription-based business models
- Guiding teams in implementing Oracle solutions to enhance sales, marketing, and finance operations
- Utilizing Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) Cloud to streamline product and pricing strategies
- Building trust with clients and stakeholders through open and candid conversations
- Navigating complexities of cross-border teams to deliver cohesive project outcomes
- Developing strategies for effective revenue management using Zuora Revenue and Oracle Product Data Hub
- Promoting service excellence and customer experience (CX) in client engagements
- Validating compliance with governance, risk, and compliance standards within Oracle implementations
- Encouraging innovation and rapid experimentation to solve complex business challenges
- Coaching teams to embrace change and optimize incentive compensation management (ICM) strategies
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
