Compensation That Matches Your Drive
• Base Salary: $43,056–$50,835 (DOE)
• Uncapped incentives: Most reps earn $25K–$30K in year one
• Top performers: Easily break into $100K+
• 5% bilingual pay bump

Must live within 30 miles (approx. 25–35 min commute)
Schedule
Training (7 weeks)
• Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–5:00 PM MST
• 3 weeks technical training
• 4 weeks pod/nesting support
After Training
• Hybrid: Mon–Wed onsite, Thu–Fri remote | Saturday shift rotating once every 4wks. It is an overtime rate shift between 7am-6pm local time.
• Shifts between 6:00 AM–5:30 PM MST
What You’ll Be Doing
• Take inbound calls from ready-to-buy customers
• Uncover needs, recommend coverage, and close policies
• Provide quotes and bind new business
• Educate customers on coverage options
• Spot cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Deliver exceptional service while hitting sales targets
• Navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
• Make occasional outbound calls to maximize conversions

Requirements
• Active Arizona P&C license (required)
• 1+ year of sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
• Strong verbal & written communication
• Ability to simplify complex insurance concepts
• Eligible for non-resident P&C licensing
• Solid job stability
• Experience with high-end or military-focused insurers = bonus
