This position is based in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, offering a collaborative and supportive team environment. You will be working onsite in a hospital setting, where you will have direct access to a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Our clinic operates Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional flexibility required to meet patient needs and ensure continuous care.

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans that focus on improving patient mobility, strength, and functionality.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and stretches aimed at promoting physical well-being and reducing pain, ensuring adherence to established treatment protocols.
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics and exercise techniques, as well as develop effective home exercise programs that support their recovery process.
• Administer therapeutic modalities, such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound therapy, and heat/cold treatments under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Monitor and document patient progress by consistently tracking key metrics such as range of motion and strength improvements to ensure treatment efficacy.
• Prepare treatment areas and maintain equipment, ensuring all supplies are organized and accessible for therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, which includes Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists, to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Offer emotional support and encouragement to patients, fostering a positive rehabilitation environment that leads to improved engagement and outcomes.
• Adhere strictly to ethical standards and professional guidelines, maintaining patient confidentiality and respect for their rights.

Our clinic serves a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from surgical procedures, athletes rehabilitating from sports injuries, seniors requiring mobility improvement, and children needing specialized physical therapy. You will be expected to adapt treatment approaches to meet the unique needs of various patient populations, ensuring individualized care that addresses specific challenges faced by each group.

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program is required.
• Valid state certification or licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Strong foundational knowledge in anatomy, physiology, and various therapeutic interventions.
• Proficiency in executing therapeutic exercises and modalities under the guidance of a supervising Physical Therapist.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with patients and healthcare team members.
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care that reflects a genuine commitment to improving patients' rehabilitation outcomes.

While not mandatory, prior experience in a rehabilitation or clinical setting is advantageous. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, treatment modalities, and personalized patient care techniques will enhance your ability to thrive in our dynamic environment.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to 65,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
