Job description

Brookside Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, a premier long-term care facility in Abington, Pennsylvania, is seeking a dedicated and experienced C.N.A to join our team

Shift Type: Full - time, part-time, PRN shifts, and Weekend Program Shift available

Rate: $17.75 - $20.50, depending on experience

$5,000 Sign-on bonus available for FT positions

$2,500 Sign on bonus available for Part-time positions

As a CNA, the expectations are:

  • The ability to work on the weekends 

  • To provide care for the resident, such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, and assisting with feeding as needed

  • To have the ability to assist with ambulating,  turning, and positioning the resident, as noted in the care plan

  • To complete documentation of the care provided during the shift.

  • To follow the direction of the nurses and other licensed medical professionals.

  • To be a flexible, caring, supportive member of the team

CNA Qualifications:

  • Must be an active Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

  • Previous Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields 

  • Ability to build rapport with patients

  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
