We seek a highly motivated and skilled Postdoctoral Associate to join our research team. The individual will contribute to innovative research focused on improving care for persons living with dementia and their care partners through the Nurse-Led Telephonic Care (NLTC) program, an evidence-based intervention within Emergency Departments LEading the Transformation of Alzheimer's and Dementia Care (ED-LEAD).

Position Details:
Approximate Start and End Dates: This is a full-time, fixed-term, grant-funded position expected to run from September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027, based on the availability of continued grant funding and performance.
