HVAC Service Technician | 18% commission off the top of Gross Sales + Bonuses

Potential Annual earnings $150,000

$5,000 sign on bonus - depending on experience

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with some weekends and evenings required

Position Summary:

  • Service, maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential & light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
  • Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing
  • Work in the utility programs the company participates in as well as work on the retrofit installations as needed
  • Excellent customer service
  • Daily use of Service Titan our cloud-base CRM

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in residential HVAC service
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • EPA Universal Certification
  • Nate Certifications or acquire once employed
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
  • Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience making repair and replace decisions
  • Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
  • Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School desired

  • Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
