We are looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional service and value to our clients.
As an HVAC Service Technician at Climate Control Services, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, repairing, and upgrading HVAC systems for our residential and commercial customers. Your primary focus will be on building value for our clients by recommending and implementing system upgrades, including Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) improvements, new system installations, and other enhancements that ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Recommend and implement system upgrades, including IAQ improvements, energy-efficient systems, and other enhancements.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of upgrades and new systems, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate service records.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and maintenance procedures.
  • Experience with IAQ products and new system installations is a plus.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
