  • Primary hiring locations: Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Canon City, La Junta, and Hugo.
  • 100% outpatient dermatology practice.
  • Full-time schedule is 4 days per week with excellent flexibility.
  • No on-call responsibilities and no mandatory Saturday clinics.
  • Competitive compensation:
    • Base salary: $140,000 $165,000
    • Average total compensation: $225,000 $250,000 through an uncapped productivity model.
  • Dedicated support with typically 2 Medical Assistants per provider.
  • EMR: NextGen.
  • Strong physician mentorship with a collaborating board-certified dermatologist.
  • Mission-driven organization focused on exceptional patient care, community service, and humanitarian outreach.
  • High level of provider autonomy with opportunities to build long-term relationships within the community.
