DTXT LLC - Lots of Auctions is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our Dallas warehouse operation. This role serves as the primary HR partner for employees and leaders at the Dallas facility while working closely with the Human Resources Director to ensure consistent HR practices across the organization. The HR Generalist is responsible for the day-to-day execution of Human Resources programs, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and HR administration.


This is a hands-on, on-site position that requires a visible presence on the warehouse floor and the ability to build strong working relationships with employees and leaders. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.

Requirements:Employee Relations
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and supervisors at the Dallas location.
  • Build strong partnerships with managers by providing guidance on employee relations, attendance, performance management, and policy interpretation.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.
  • Respond to employee concerns while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Support a positive workplace culture through coaching, communication, and employee engagement initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly warehouse positions.
  • Partner with Operations to understand staffing needs and coordinate interviews.
  • Prepare offer letters and oversee the pre-employment process.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding.
  • Ensure timely completion of I-9s, E-Verify, and all required employment documentation.
  • Assist with workforce planning and hiring initiatives to support operational goals.
Performance Management
  • Coach supervisors on employee performance, documentation, and corrective action.
  • Assist with performance improvement plans and employee development.
  • Monitor attendance trends and support consistent application of attendance policies.
  • Maintain accurate personnel files and employment records.
HR Administration
  • Process employee status changes within the HRIS.
  • Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, leave of absence, and company policies.
  • Assist with unemployment claims, employment verifications, and other HR administrative processes.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as requested.
  • Support payroll processing by ensuring timely and accurate employee information.
Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
  • Support OSHA, workers' compensation, and workplace safety programs.
  • Assist with policy updates and ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.
  • Support audits and maintain compliance with employment documentation requirements.
Training & Employee Development
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and required compliance training.
  • Assist with leadership development and supervisor training initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs.
  • Participate in developing HR procedures and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Experience supporting warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics operations is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with high-volume hourly recruiting.
  • Working knowledge of federal and Texas employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience conducting workplace investigations and resolving employee relations issues.
  • Experience with HRIS systems; Paylocity experience is preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.
