We are seeking an Assistant House Manager to join our team at Resolute Care, LLC!  
In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of individuals and people with disabilities, by enhancing their quality of life. This is an important position that allows us to provide comprehensive and consistent patient care by coordinating all things necessary on a daily basis. The ideal candidate is patient, kind, compassionate, and reliable. As an employee in direct care, you will have direct contact and assist people who need support to lead more independent lives.

 Desired Experience/Requirements:

 
  • High school degree or GED preferred. College degree/training is preferred.
  • Read, write and speak the English language.
  • Experience not required but preferred (on-the-job training and continuing education is provided)
  • Valid and current Driver’s License and acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to pass a DHS background study.

  Examples of Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Monitor and support the Person-Centered Planning process.
  • Coordinate client appointments and activity schedules, including arranging necessary transportation. 
  • Organize staffing for client location and rotate ‘on-call’ with manager/assistant manager.
  • Manage funds of clients and house budgets.
  • Complete other administrative duties; staff scheduling, client meetings, etc.
  • Complete staff training and ensure timely completion of annual requirements and reviews.
  • Monitoring medications and the delivery/organization of medications.
  • Monitoring and follow up of client charting and documentation.
  • Complete basic housekeeping, food preparations, and other ADL's based on clients service needs.
  • Complete other documentation and meetings as needed.
