RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Patrol and monitor hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies
  • Provide outstanding customer service to hotel guests at all times
  • Write clear and accurate incident reports
  • Maintain a visible, professional presence throughout the property
  • Enforce hotel policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior security experience required (hotel or hospitality experience a plus)
  • Reliable personal transportation — a must
  • Strong customer service skills with a courteous, professional demeanor
  • Excellent work ethic and dependability
  • Well-groomed, polished appearance
  • Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
