Position Overview
Fusion HCR is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a variety of business and technology initiatives within a premier hospitality organization. This role will oversee multiple concurrent projects, partnering closely with business stakeholders, operational leaders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate brings strong project management fundamentals, exceptional communication skills, and previous experience working within hospitality, gaming, hotel, resort, or guest-service-driven environments. This individual must be highly organized, polished, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where guest experience and operational excellence are top priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through completion
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
  • Monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure accountability across project teams
  • Drive projects to completion while maintaining alignment with business objectives
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams
  • Build strong relationships with department leaders and project sponsors
  • Provide regular project status updates, executive summaries, and risk assessments
  • Coordinate third-party vendors and service providers as needed
Business Partnership
  • Collaborate with operational and business teams to gather requirements and define project objectives
  • Ensure technology initiatives support operational goals and enhance the guest experience
  • Assist with change management, communication planning, and user adoption efforts
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency
Project Governance
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting standards
  • Track project progress and ensure adherence to established methodologies
  • Escalate risks, issues, and roadblocks as appropriate
  • Support continuous improvement of project management practices and processes
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Previous experience supporting hospitality, gaming, hotel, resort, or guest-service-focused organizations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
  • Must be local to Las Vegas and available to work onsite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing technology-related projects within hospitality or gaming environments
  • PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification
  • Experience working with vendors, operational teams, and executive leadership
  • Familiarity with hospitality systems, guest services operations, or hotel technology environments
