We’re hiring an Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our West Palm Beach corporate office. This is an entry‑level, hands‑on role ideal for someone who’s detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable pitching in wherever needed.

You’ll assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, recruiting coordination, and general office administration while gaining exposure to a multi‑property hospitality and real estate portfolio.

  • Invoice processing and basic accounts payable/receivable tasks

  • Record keeping and simple reconciliations

  • Assist with expense tracking and budget organization

  • Communicate with outside bookkeepers when needed

Recruiting & HR Coordination
  • Post job openings and help screen incoming resumes

  • Schedule interviews and support new‑hire onboarding

  • Maintain personnel files and assist with tracking staffing needs

Office Administration
  • Manage daily office needs: supplies, vendors, mail, and filing

  • Support ownership with scheduling and travel coordination

  • Serve as a point of contact between the corporate office and property teams

  • Assist with special projects as our portfolio grows

  • Clear written and verbal communication

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel

  • A proactive, team‑oriented attitude — no task too small
