Are you an experienced, licensed real estate agent with a passion for helping investors identify and acquire prime real estate opportunities? Our boutique real estate brokerage is seeking a skilled and motivated Investor Buyer's Agent to join our dynamic company. This role is ideal for an agent specializing in working with investors focused on rental property acquisitions, build-to-rent land investments, rehab/value-add acquisitions for sale and land for development.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Investor Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investor clients by understanding their investment goals, strategies, and financial objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, rental demand, sale demand and economic drivers to identify high-potential investment opportunities.
  • Property Acquisition: Assist investors in identifying, evaluating, and acquiring properties that align with their goals, including single-family rentals, multi-family properties, for sale and land development.
  • Financial Modeling: Provide basic financial analysis, such as ROI, cap rates, and cash flow projections, to help clients make informed investment decisions.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts to secure favorable terms for investor clients.
  • Transaction Management: Oversee the transaction process, coordinating with lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and other professionals to ensure smooth and timely closings.
  • Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and other industry professionals to source off-market and pre-market investment opportunities.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with local real estate laws, brokerage policies, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:
  • Active real estate license in Georgia.
