  • Maintain and update the facility's Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) via CERS, including accurate chemical inventory reporting, SDS management, and Proposition 65 occupational warning compliance; support CalARP program applicability evaluations and documentation as needed.
  • Support air permit compliance with the local AQMD, including tracking permit conditions, maintaining emissions records and equipment inventories, and coordinating stack testing and monitoring with outside testing firms; assist with CARB refrigerant management program (RMP) registration, leak detection recordkeeping, and reporting as appropriate.
  • Assist with CARB LSI fleet emissions compliance and support planning related to the Zero Emission Forklift Regulation.
  • Support industrial wastewater discharge permit compliance, including coordinating sampling, monitoring, and reporting to local sewer authorities (POTWs); evaluate applicability of federal categorical pretreatment standards.
