Looking for Sales Associates to Work for one of the Largest Volume Multi-Line Powersports Dealers in Indiana

Attica Motorsports is the leading off-road powersports dealer in the Midwest! We are looking for enthusiastic, motorsports-conscious, goal-driven people to join the Attica Motorsports sales team to assist our customers in finding their perfect new or used off-road machine! At Attica Motorsports, we strive to provide the best deals in the marketplace by employing fellow enthusiasts who share a passion for all things motorsports. And our location is right next door to the Badlands Off-Road Park, providing our customers with exceptional access to ideal terrain for testing their new rides!

Do you have sales experience (in any industry)? Want to work for one of the coolest/baddest dealerships in the country? We could have a position with your name on it!

Sales Associate Job Duties:

  • Be the product expert. Develop an in-depth understanding of our current powersports inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used machines
  • Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a machine by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Make sure our customer's new vehicle is outfitted with the accessories needed to suit their riding style
  • Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
  • Assist in setting up the showroom floor and sales lot for promotions and to put new models on display
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Direct report to the Assistant Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
  • And all other job duties as may be assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Required: High school diploma/GED required
  • Required: Valid US Drivers License
  • Required: 1+ years experience in powersports, automobile, or similar sales role and customer service
  • Strong computer skills with attention to detail
  • Fantastic, first class communication skills with our customers
  • Ability to bend, reach, squat, grasp with hands, stand for long periods of time, and lift 50 lbs
  • The amount of pay earned for this position will vary bases on sales.
