Maintenance Helper Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Helper to support the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of a busy manufacturing facility. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has a mechanical aptitude, and is eager to develop their skills in industrial maintenance. You will assist with keeping equipment, work areas, and the facility in safe, clean, and efficient operating condition. Key Responsibilities Assist with routine maintenance, basic equipment repairs, and preventative maintenance activities. Support equipment setup, adjustments, and changeovers under the direction of the maintenance team. Perform general facility maintenance, including minor repairs, tightening, cleaning, painting, and other handyman duties. Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of maintenance shops, production areas, and common spaces. Assist with general building upkeep, including lighting, doors, floors, and other facility-related tasks. Respond to basic maintenance requests from production personnel. Support the maintenance team during equipment breakdowns and troubleshooting activities. Follow all health and safety policies and procedures while reporting any hazards or unsafe conditions.
