3+ years experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or related professional area
Experience in full-service restaurant openings
Strong restaurant management experience and kitchen management background
Understanding of hospitality management and elevated levels of remarkable customer service

Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong people management and leadership experience and skill
Possess excellent basic math skills and can use Point of Sale system
