Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00AM – 4:30PM

Pay: $25/hour

Are you passionate about people, highly organized, and ready to build your career in Human Resources? We're looking for a motivated HR Assistant to join our team and support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

If you enjoy helping employees, staying organized, and making an impact behind the scenes, this is the opportunity for you!

What You'll Do

  • Maintaining employee records and HR databases
  • Organizing personnel, medical, and attendance files
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
  • Preparing HR reports, correspondence, and documentation
  • Assisting employees with HR-related questions and requests
  • Coordinating meetings, including room setup and catering arrangements
  • Tracking vacation requests and employee attendance
  • Providing administrative support to the HR Manager
  • Supporting compliance initiatives, including SQF Food Safety requirements
  • Serving as a backup to the HR Manager when needed

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of HR experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Experience with HRIS systems (iCIMS, UKG, Workday, or similar) is a plus
