JOB SUMMARY 

Oversee GXP platform usage hotel-wide across all departments. Answer all guest inquiries via GXP chat. Monitor and own all CEC cases from Marriott to ensure they are closed within the required timeframe. Contact appropriate individuals or departments (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Loss Prevention, etc.) as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems. Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction. Dispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed. Work closely with Rooms Controller and Guest Relations Manager to identify all guest preferences via GPS to enhance guest experience. Assist management in training, motivating, and coaching employees on GXP/GPS usage; and serve as a GXP champion for the property. Coordinates and facilitates GXP operational-related training for all departments. Drive and monitor GXP procedures to ensure compliance with all Marriott standards/requirements.

Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager; and maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises. Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional, maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support the team to reach common goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
