Job Overview: As the Graphic Designer, you will support the development and execution of creative assets that strengthen FXI's brand presence across digital, print, packaging, and e-commerce channels. Working closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional partners, you will help bring marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives to life through compelling visual design. This role is ideal for a designer who is passionate about creating impactful visual communications, possesses strong technical design skills, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will contribute to projects from concept through production while ensuring consistency with established brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce creative assets across packaging, digital, e-commerce, print, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and E-commerce teams to translate business objectives into effective visual communications.
  • Maintain and apply brand standards across all materials to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
  • Assist in the development of creative concepts and campaign assets under the direction of the Creative Director.
  • Create digital content for websites, product listings, email marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support packaging design projects, including layout development, production file preparation, and proofing.
  • Develop and organize design files, templates, and brand assets for ongoing use.
  • Assist with photoshoot planning, mood boards, and asset selection to support marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare final artwork for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
  • Stay informed on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance creative output.
  • Support process improvements related to workflows, project management, and asset organization.

Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; or relevant experience
  • 2 - 4 years of professional design experience, preferably within consumer products, manufacturing, packaging, or related environments
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, packaging, digital, and print design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat); familiarity with additional tools (e.g., Figma, After Effects) a plus
  • Working knowledge of packaging design, print production processes, materials, and prepress requirements
  • Ability to translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
