Job description

Graphic Designer

Overview

Ready to bring innovation to life through design? OLEDWorks is looking for a talented Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into compelling visual experiences. In this role, you'll create eye-catching graphics, engaging animations, and photorealistic 3D renderings that showcase cutting-edge OLED technology and support our global marketing and sales efforts.

As a key member of the Marketing team, you'll collaborate across departments to develop creative assets for digital campaigns, customer presentations, trade shows, websites, product concepts, and brand initiatives. If you're equally comfortable designing a marketing piece, building a 3D rendering, or animating a product demonstration, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do Every Day

You'll develop creative content that brings our technology, products, and customer solutions to life. From digital and print marketing materials to social media content, animations, and 3D visualizations, your work will play a vital role in how customers experience the OLEDWorks brand. You'll collaborate with marketing, sales, and UX teams to create compelling visual stories, develop product concepts and renderings, support major marketing campaigns, and ensure all creative assets maintain a consistent and high-quality brand identity. You'll also stay current with emerging design trends and technologies while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Skills You Must Bring

You have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, 3D Rendering, or a related field, along with professional experience creating marketing-focused design, animation, video, and rendering projects. You possess a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual storytelling, and technical expertise. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, Canva, or similar design tools is essential. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills are critical, as is the ability to balance multiple priorities while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience with UX design, video editing, coding languages, or industries such as automotive, displays, and advanced technologies is a plus.

This position primarily operates within a professional office environment or a hybrid/remote work environment. Ideally, you live in the Rochester area and can spend time in the office as needed. Occasional travel may be required to support trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
