Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for providing outstanding customer support through phone and email communication while handling a high volume of inbound calls.

The ideal candidate will have previous call center or customer service experience, strong computer skills, and a professional, customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls using a multi-line phone system.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Process orders, substitutions, pickups, and return credits.
  • Assist customers with special requests and provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer needs.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Complete additional projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications
