Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable golf operations attendant to join our team. As a golf operations attendant you will provide excellent customer service to guests while ensuring smooth daily golf operations. You will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for all guests!

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests with check-in and reservations while delivering clear, helpful guidance.

Set guests up for success by sharing details about the venue, gameplay, leagues & membership.

Create a fantastic atmosphere by keeping all guest service areas clean, safe and compliant.

Perform routine equipment inspections to ensure everything runs at peak performance.

Execute merchandise and golf equipment sales while keeping inventory of items.

Attendants working at golf starter building will be responsible for food and drink sales.

Provide golf course information, rules, and pace-of-play guidance to players.

Routinely aid in ball picking, cleaning, and restocking of all golf ball equipment.

Support additional tournaments and special event operations as needed.

Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
