Description
The Golf Course Equipment Operator will assist with all aspects of the Green & Grounds program. They will operate all maintenance equipment and maintain safety and proficiency. They will tend to the G&G facility as needed to provide the best experience for our membership and staff.
Job Requirements & Experience
โ€ข Experience is a plus working in the type of environment in relation to Greens & Grounds.
โ€ข Willingness to work outside in inclement weather conditions.
โ€ข Candidate must be able to operate all gas powered maintenance equipment with safety first and awareness of golfer safety.
โ€ข Good history of attendance
โ€ข Willing to work as a team and demonstrate professional work ethic
โ€ข Must be able to follow directions and work with others to the HCC maintenance standards.
โ€ข Must be able to use various types of tools (edgers, rotary mowers, hand blowers,weed trimmers, and fly mowers.
โ€ข Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
โ€ข Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the facility.
Candidate must be able to communicate to all Managers including mechanics
โ€ข Candidate must be respectful of others and be able to work the schedule posted by Managers.
โ€ข Personable, self-motivated, and positive.
