As a Night Auditor at the Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel, you will ensure smooth overnight operations while providing excellent guest service. You will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, balance daily financial transactions, and maintain the accuracy of guest accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction by going the extra mile whenever possible.
  • Promptly register and process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring all accounts are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Verify and post all room charges and guest account transactions, ensuring all guest accounts are current and balanced by 6:00 a.m. or per Brand Standards.
  • Reconcile daily revenue, complete end-of-day financial procedures, and prepare daily reports for management.
  • Handle credit card transmittals, direct billing, and no-show billings for the day.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local area to effectively assist guests with inquiries.
  • Utilize sales techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Answer telephone calls professionally and assist guests with inquiries or requests.
  • Follow hotel safety and security procedures to maintain a secure environment for both guests and associates.
  • Keep immediate supervisors informed of any issues or unusual situations that require attention.
  • Handle basic front desk responsibilities such as check-ins, check-outs, and telephone operations during overnight hours.
