Job description

Atlee Hill Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking for dedicated Geriatric Nursing Assistants to join our caring team and provide exceptional support to our geriatric residents.
As a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) at Atlee Hill, you will:
• Provide hands-on personal care and daily living assistance to geriatric residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor and document the health status of geriatric patients, reporting changes to nursing staff promptly
• Assist geriatric residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs
• Support geriatric patients with ambulation, repositioning, and fall prevention
• Build meaningful relationships with geriatric residents and their families, providing emotional support and companionship
• Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure the highest standard of geriatric care at Atlee Hill
What We're Looking For:
• Active GNA certification in the state of Maryland
• Prior experience in a geriatric, long-term care, or skilled nursing setting preferred
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to geriatric care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
