Employment Type: Full Time
Position Type: Hourly
Pay Range: $18.50 - $23.00 per hour
A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required for operating vehicles as driving is part of job duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Promptly greet and assist clients who enter or contact the dealership in a highly professional manner.
  • Research upcoming advisor appointments prior to customers arriving. Assist in preparing customer paperwork and checklists.
  • Greet guests by name when arriving. Perform guest walk around process.
  • Contact customers on the status of their vehicle repair and respond to any customer questions.
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors on work in process. May update systems.
  • Coordinate the staging of vehicles according to pickup times.
  • May shadow with experienced Advisor staff and develop skills and experience to: check vehicle maintenance records and examine service schedules, ascertain performance problems by listening to customer's descriptions of vehicle symptoms, develop estimates, initiate repairs and create repair orders, verify warranty and service contract coverage, communicate repairs with customers and obtain customer approvals.
