In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
• Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
• Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
• Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
• Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
• Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects

Required Skill and Experience
• Deep expertise in Angular (v10+), React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Progressive Web App (PWA) in development
• Lead hands-on implementation of front-end architecture, design patterns, and shared component libraries.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate front-end applications with Node.js services and optionally Java-based backend APIs.
• Coordinate effectively within an onsite-offshore model, ensuring smooth handoffs, clear communication, and alignment across time zones.
• Own performance tuning, Core Web Vitals improvements, bundle optimization, and rendering efficiency.
• Drive modernization efforts such as framework upgrades, migration strategies, and refactoring of legacy codebases.
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Work directly with UX and product teams to translate requirements into high-quality, user-centric interfaces.
• Contribute to CI/CD improvements, testing strategies, and deployment workflows for front-end and PWA applications.
• Mentor engineers through hands-on guidance, technical deep dives, and collaborative problem-solving.
Conduct deep technical code reviews and pair-programs with engineers to elevate code quality and engineering practices.
• Prototype new ideas, evaluate emerging technologies, and introduce tools that improve developer productivity.
• Exposure to integrating front-end applications with Java-based backend services (Spring Boot or similar).
• Experience with SSR/SSG frameworks such as Next.js or Angular Universal.
• Experience with performance profiling tools and Core Web Vitals optimization.
• Contributions to open-source projects or internal frameworks.
• Experience in large-scale, distributed, or enterprise environments.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
