Job description

Fresh graduates are welcome and we can train/teach you as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to patients across the lifespan, including adults, and seniors
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and medical assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Prescribe medications and manage medication therapies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients on disease prevention, health promotion, and self-care strategies
- Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records
