Crew Technician

About us:

Ox Foundation Solutions provides commercial and residential foundation repair, waterproofing, floor support systems, encapsulation, concrete leveling, and other specialty contracting services in the Southeast states.


Join our team as a Crew Technician in Huntsville, Alabama! In this crucial role, you’ll work hands-on to repair foundations, waterproof homes, and improve structural safety. You'll be part of a team that delivers high-quality work while keeping safety and customer satisfaction a top priority.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist with foundation repair, waterproofing, encapsulation, and other structural services.
  • Work in crawlspaces, basements, and excavations, often kneeling, crouching, or in confined spaces.
  • Perform tasks outdoors year-round in all weather conditions and around loud equipment.
  • Operate hand and power tools (e.g., jackhammers, nail guns) and heavy machinery (e.g., skid steers).
  • Provide support by digging trenches and setting braces to support the sides of excavations.
  • Keep job sites clean and organized at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain company vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment.
  • Promote a culture of safety and teamwork.
  • Provide outstanding customer service through professionalism and respect.


What you’ll need:

  • Ability to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Ability to withstand exposure to constant or intermittent high noise levels.
  • Ability to operate equipment and power tools as needed.

  • Valid driver's license with ability to be insured by Company.
  • Ability to relocate/commute to Huntsville, AL
