We are currently seeking Foundation Repair Crew Members to join our growing team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual labor including excavation, digging, shoring, and backfilling
  • Load and unload materials and tools at job sites
  • Safely operate company tools and equipment
  • Prepare and clean work areas before and after projects
  • Represent the company professionally and respectfully at all times
  • Work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year in construction required (foundation repair experience a plus)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for up to 10+ hours daily
  • Physically demanding work involving repetitive bending, stooping, digging, and lifting
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a favorable driving record
  • Must be 21+
  • Tasks may require additional safety and jobsite training for commercial and government jobs
  • Ability to travel for work (about 20%)
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
