Assistant Floor Supervisors are professionals who support the floor supervisor or manager in overseeing daily operations on the shop or production floor. Their responsibilities typically include supervising staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed, assisting with workflow and productivity, addressing issues as they arise, and helping to train new employees.
